Vision
To help keep life in focus, you can enroll in UnitedHealthcare’s Vision Plan. The plan covers eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses for you and your eligible dependents. The UHC, Surest, Kaiser, and UPMC medical plans don’t include a vision exam.
To receive this coverage, you must enroll in vision insurance in 2024.

- Go to a provider outside the network and receive a reimbursement for part of the cost of your exams, glasses and contacts when you submit a claim.
